Shipping Policy

ATLAUA ships from our fulfillment partner in the United States. We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is on the roadmap.

Rates

• Standard Shipping: $5 flat rate, delivered in 3 to 7 business days
• Free Shipping: on every order of $84 or more, and on every order for Silver members

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking the moment your order leaves the warehouse.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. You will receive automated emails for Shipping Confirmation, Out for Delivery, and Delivered. You can also track from the link in the confirmation email.

Delivery Areas

ATLAUA SOLACE ships to all 50 US states plus the District of Columbia. ATLAUA CALM, which contains hemp derived CBD, does not ship to Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Mississippi, Nebraska and South Dakota. ATLAUA FLY, which contains hemp derived Delta 9 THC and is available to Club members only, ships only to Alabama, Arizona, the District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming. These lists follow state law and may change. If an address cannot receive a product, checkout will not offer shipping for it. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses, or US territories at this time. International shipping is on the roadmap.

Lost or Stolen Packages

ATLAUA is not responsible for packages marked "delivered" by the carrier. If your package is missing, contact the carrier first with your tracking number. If unresolved within 7 days, email orders@atlaualabs.com and we will help you file a claim.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us within 1 hour of placing the order at orders@atlaualabs.com. After that window, we cannot guarantee changes if the order has already been routed for fulfillment.

Customs and Duties

Not applicable for US only shipping at this time.
